- To close the gap between people who can benefit from technology and those who cannot.
New Technologies:
- Government buisnesses to work together to change the shape of digital markets
- Also have public-private partnerships for rural health care and quality of education.
1. Pros:
- Low income people will be able to benefit the same as wealhty people
2. Cons:
- May be expensive
- Not everyone will agree with helping to fund with this institute.
Organization:
- Digital Divide Instute
- This institution will gather up as many people to help fund to close "the gap."
Effectiveness:
- The gap isn't completely closed but many organizations are trying to close it.
- Many people have benefited from this help already but there still are many more people.
