  • May be expensive
  • Not everyone will agree with helping to fund with this institute.

  • This institution will gather up as many people to help fund to close "the gap."

​Effectiveness:

  • The gap isn't completely closed but many organizations are trying to close it.
  • Many people have benefited from this help already but there still are many more people.
